I don’t know why, but as soon as I put this on, my screen just looked kind of cloudy and not as clear as it was before. The touch felt off too, like I had to tap things more than once for it to register. I tried to give it a day, but ended up taking it off. felt like a waste of money for me.

I felt like this was too expensive for what you actually get. A friend recommended it to me, so I had higher hopes, but after trying it myself, I don’t think the value is really there

I ordered this case because the description said it would fit my model, so I figured I was good. Nope. It didn’t line up right at all, the buttons were a pain to press, and the cutouts were clearly off. i feel stupid for trusting the listing without double-checking more, but they really should make sure the product info is accurate before selling it.

I had a frustrating time putting this on. The instructions werent very clear, and I ended up spending way longer than I expected just trying to get it lined up right. It wasnt impossible, but it definitely couldve been easier

I reached out to customer service and never received any reply at all. It felt like my issue was just ignored, and the whole thing came across as really careless. I expected at least some kind of response or follow-up

It looked good when I first got it, like i said, no issues at the start. But after a few weeks the corners started cracking, and the whole case felt kind of loose. Like i said, I expected it to last longer than that, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I dropped my phone once from a small height and the corner still cracked. I expected the case to handle something like that, so that part was weird. Not super impressed.

I filed a warranty claim and then basically heard nothing for weeks. I kept waiting for some kind of update, but nope — just ignored. If this is what they call warranty support, give me a break.

I ordered a case from ijetech.com, and the packaging made me suspicious right away. The box showed up half crushed, with just a flimsy mailer and basically no padding inside, like nobody really cared if it made it safely.

The case wasn’t completely broken, but it had scuffs and looked like it had been tossed around before it even got to me. For something that’s supposed to be new, that doesn’t sit right with me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously fix how they pack their stuff.

I bought this JETech case thinking it would make my phone easier to hang onto, but that really hasn’t been the case. The grip feels slippery, especially if I’m using the phone with one hand, which is kind of the whole point of having a decent case.
The edges are also harder than I expected and start to feel uncomfortable after holding it for a while. I’m not asking for anything fancy, just something that feels good in the hand and doesn’t make daily use annoying. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The site looks okay, okay enough to use without any issues, but it feels kind of old. It’s clean, sure, but just a bit plain and not really stylish

I only had this for about a week before the case cracked. The plastic feels cheap, this seems like something that should’ve been avoidable with better materials

I ordered a case from JETech for my iPad, and overall it fits well. The buttons line up, and the camera cutout is where it should be. I still had the order email and receipt open while putting it on just to make sure I hadn’t picked the wrong model, but it did feel a little tight on one corner and took some pushing to snap into place.

The compatibility seems decent, but I had to check my iPad model number a few times before buying. I wish the listing made that part a little clearer so I didn’t feel like I had to keep going back and forth. It’s not a bad case at all, just not quite a perfect fit...

I ordered from JETech the shipping was kind of a joke. The tracking barely updated, like nobody over there knew what was going on, and my package showed up way later than I expected. The product might be fine, but the whole waiting game was pathetic. Not sure I’d bother ordering again.

The return itself was super easy, no issues there at all!! But the refund??? It took wayyyy too long to come through... I kept checking and wondering what was going on. Frustrating, even though the actual return process was fine!!
